Great local starbucks. Recently remodeled with more tables for computer users etc. This location has a drive through, but it is always packed. Always good service! minus 1 star for parking. this little shopping center is tight on parking.

I had a sick co-worker who needed tea. I don't frequent Starbucks, and this is my only experience here, but the line Drive was ten cars deep. I opted to go inside and they had a bar specifically for the Cafe. I got my drink in a very reasonable time and I assume it was made right because their were no complaints.

Of the Starbucks in Colorado Springs, I like this one as it is spacious and the staff is very friendly. They also have a drive-through lane.

Whenever I order from there it's super slow or the baristas aren't very professional. I went through the drive thru and I got hit in the back with a rubber band and then another barista told me that they throw things at each other and customers get tortured sometimes . She also told me they hit a customer in the forehead with an ice cube. How is this professional? How are they still working there? Very unprofessional.

This is a location that I goto to meet people, but parking can be a little hard to come by at times. The staff here also doesn't seem to be very outgoing either; they walk around and barely even talk to one another let alone customers. They have remodeled recently which has created more of an "open concept", and given the place more of a modern feel. There is a community table where you can meet with people, or make new friends. It wouldn't be fair to rate this location poorly for corporate's decision to sell that new "Flat White" latte. It was a huge disappointment, especially after having the barista/cashier talk it up. To me it was nothing more than a poor tasting cappuccino. 4 stars for the location (not the parking, just the location), and 2 stars for grumpy staff = 3 stars.
